We’re looking for an experienced, confident Saturday Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone 30+ who loves people, thrives in a polished environment, and takes pride in delivering truly exceptional customer service.

This is not an entry-level role — we’re searching for someone who understands the importance of first impressions, calm professionalism, and five-star client care from the moment someone walks through the door.

About You

• Industry experience is essential
• Confident using Phorest Salon Software
• Proven 5-star front-of-house customer service experience
• Warm, organised, and naturally welcoming
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, reliable, and takes pride in their work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €13.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
