About the Role
Breffni Insulation is a leading provider of energy efficiency and retrofit solutions across Ireland, helping homeowners and organisations improve building performance and reduce energy consumption.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Front-of-House/Junior Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Kilnaleck.
This role is ideal for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play an important role in representing the company while also supporting the administrative team with day-to-day office tasks.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a growing company with potential career development in administration, operations, or project coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone enquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams.
- Assist with preparing documents, filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Help coordinate deliveries, post, and office supplies.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception and office area.
- Assist with general office tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional manner when dealing with visitors and phone enquiries.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous administrative or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
