Job Description

• Responsible for all facets of the salon’s operations, cleanliness, staffing, customer service, financial performance, product stock
• Will help foster the culture through self-leadership, passion, integrity, creativity and hospitality
• Ensure the department and staff provide a genuinely elegant, relaxing, and memorable experience for our clients
• Ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures and coaching staff
• Expected to maintain service & profitability goals, and create/maintain a fun and rewarding experience for our staff and guests

Qualifications

• To be hard-working and with a passion for business development and growth
• Have passion for customer service and customer experience
• Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills (English).
• Ability to build a strong & productive team environment.
• Strategic thinker; ability to analyze and solve issues quickly.
• Preferred experience in management, with strong business orientation.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong leadership ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
