The Atlas Group is the largest chain of tyre and car-servicing outlets in Dublin. We reward our people who want to progress their careers by promoting from within. Many of our current employees started as tyre technicians and have worked their way to management. We are currently hiring a Front of House Sales People accross Dublin.

The Role:

As a Front of House Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Advising customers on services, repairs, and vehicle maintenance options.
• Providing quotes, booking appointments, and processing payments.
• Upselling relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and customer information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or front-of-house role (automotive industry experience is advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and sales-driven attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of booking systems.
• A passion for cars and an interest in the automotive industry is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €585.00-€700.00 per week
