Front of House Representative (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Unit H3, Eastway Business Park, Ballysimon Road, Co. Limerick
Salary: €31,000.00 - €36,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (No weekends)

SRG Motors, one of Limerick’s most established and trusted garages, is expanding! We’re on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Representative to join our dynamic team of 5. If you’re a motivated professional with a passion for excellent customer service and the motor trade, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage and organize bookings effectively.
• Coordinate workshop schedules and ensure parts are ordered promptly.
• Communicate repair requirements clearly and confidently to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork, keeping everything up-to-date.
• Adhere to company procedures and prioritize health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Knowledge: At least 3 years in the motor trade with technical knowledge.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• Skills: Excellent multitasking and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and attend regular training.
• Requirements: A full, clean Category B driver’s license and authorization to work in Ireland.
