Front Of House Staff

We’re looking for a person who can work alongside our established team who can hopefully come to care about the bakery (almost) as much as we do.

You must have;

Previous hospitality and barista experience.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A genuine love and interest of food, the hospitality industry and of being part of a team.

Your role will be;

-Working alongside the current FOH team running the bakery as smoothly as possible.

-Liaising with kitchen staff and updating customers with menus, baked goods and allergen information.

-Ensuring FOH checks and food safety protocols are being adhered to.

-Keeping on top of the cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the bakery.

-Upholding the standards and values of the bakery.

-Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.

-Growing and nurturing your knowledge of the food we provide.

-Carrying out daily jobs alongside the team.

The job is part time and permanent (but includes a three month probation period), four days a week, Wednesday to Saturday.

Aprox 32 hours per week.

Wage will be discussed during interview but we always pay a fair wage and work towards the Living wage foundations guidelines (not the governments National living wage).

You will need to be available to start from 3rd January and be available for trials before then.
