Front of House Staff – Food & Beverage Service

We’re now seeking a friendly and reliable part-time Front of House staff member to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude

• Take orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area

• Process payments using POS systems

• Answer customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience

• Assist in setting up and packing down the restaurant before and after service

• Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Understanding of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – certification preferred

• Availability to work evenings on Friday and weekends

Shift Details:

• Part-time position (Approx. 10 hours/week)

• Shifts include evenings on Friday and weekends

• Flexibility with hours is a plus
