We are Ireland's fastest growing Piercing & Jewellery brand and are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, one who possesses a genuine interest in our sector, a passion for helping people and a drive for sales. The right applicant will have a strong history of customer care, working in a fast paced environment with an emphasis on communications, sales and sales management.

*Please note: This is a position for Front of House in our PIERCED Dublin

Job Objective:

- Work in our PIERCED Dublin studios- located at 63 Camden Street, Jervis Shopping Centre and The Square Towncentre Tallaght.

- Achieve, in collaboration with other staff members, the smooth running of operations with total focus on customer experience and lead operations.

- To understand our PIERCED culture, communication models and sales strategies.

-To accept training in Gold Sales and maintain an understanding of upselling and cross-selling within the studio.

- To provide excellent customer service at all times and to ensure the brand is represented to the highest professional standards.

- To provide excellent digital correspondence to clients on our various messaging platforms (email/social media/CRM etc.).

- To accept piercing training for ear-only piercings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €14.15 per hour
