About the Company
The San Telmo Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality group with 5 venues: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata. Pastuso is Australia's premier Peruvian-inspired restaurants, located at the foot of the iconic AC/DC Lane in Melbourne's CBD.
About the Role
We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Front of House Supervisor at Pastuso! At the centre of service, you set the tone on the floor — leading by example, setting the pace and lifting the team around you. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you build capability in others while ensuring every guest experience meets the standard we’re known for.
Your Duties
- Lead services and support the FOH team
- Recruit, train, coach and develop FOH staff
- Monitor the onboarding of new hires
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations
- Conduct venue opening and closing procedures

Skills and Experiences:
What you'll bring to the table!
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (Aus & NZ Citizens, or Permanent Residents, only)
- Proven experience leading busy services in a premium restaurant
- Demonstrated experience with training and managing FOH staff
- High level of attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, team-first mindset
