The Role
As the Front of House/Office Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm and professional welcome.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring a well-organised, supportive environment for the team.
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and client correspondence.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain office supplies and manage basic IT troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar office administration or management role, ideally an ex-property manager no longer wanting to manage a portfolio.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Property Me, Inspect RE and Inspection Express.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
