- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls, provide information, and forward calls to the appropriate department.
- Managing Reception Area: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Maintaining Visitor Logs: Keep a log of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed
- Customer Service: Address general inquiries in person or by phone, offering assistance as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain Office Calendar: Ensure meeting rooms are scheduled, and resources are available for meetings
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
