Front Office Coordinator
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and professional first impression. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage scheduling, including appointments and conferences.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the front office’s professional appearance and organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Support other departments as needed with various tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
