Il Gruppo LENET, realtà omnicanale contraddistinta da dinamismo, legame con la tradizione e forte orientamento all'innovazione, ricerca per il proprio reparto LENET Experience Office un/a Front Office & Employee Experience Specialist.
La figura si prenderà cura delle attività e dei servizi volti all'accoglienza, al supporto ed al benessere dei dipendenti e degli ospiti che entrano in contatto con l'azienda, garantendo loro un'efficace e corretta experience.
Nel merito delle attività, la risorsa si occuperà della reception e del centralino, della gestione del parco auto aziendale, dell'organizzazione dei servizi volti al benessere ed alla salute del dipendente (palestra aziendale, corsi), delle attività di babysitting aziendale, nonchè dell'organizzazione di eventi e meeting.
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato esperienza almeno biennale svolgendo attività organizzative ed amministrative preferibilmente presso realtà strutturate. Lo/la contraddistinguono naturale predisposizione al concetto di "take care", orientamento alle relazioni, precisione, adattabilità e flessibilità, nonchè buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
