Job Title: Front Office Executive
Role Overview
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, order documentation, billing, and ensuring a pleasant customer service experience at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide service information
- Create billing, track laundry orders, and manage delivery timelines
- Maintain customer database, update order status, and coordinate with operations team
- Manage cash handling and daily sales reports
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Promote services and support sales initiatives
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal staff
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (English/Malayalam/Hindi as required)
- Customer service mindset and polite behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing, Excel, CRM)
- Ability to multitask and handle customers in busy hours
- Presentable and well-organized personality
Location: Kuttiadi,Kozhikode
Qualification: Any UG Degree / +2
Experience: 0–2 Years in customer service or front desk preferred
