Job Description:

Front Office Executive – 5‑Star Boutique Resort in Goa.

Role Overview

The Front Office Executive provides a welcoming first impression for guests, manages reservations and check‑in/check‑out processes, and ensures a seamless stay through effective communication and problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and register arriving guests, verify identity and payment details.

- Handle reservations, modifications and cancellations using the property management system.

- Manage guest inquiries, requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, food‑and‑beverage and other departments to meet guest needs.

- Process payments, issue receipts and handle foreign currency transactions where required.

- Maintain accurate records of room status, occupancy reports and daily logs.

- Assist with end‑of‑shift duties, including cash reconciliation and handover notes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of front‑office experience in a 5‑star hotel or boutique resort.

- Strong command of English; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is advantageous.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.

- Additional certifications such as Front Office Operations or Customer Service are a plus.
