Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and reservations
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain guest records, process payments, and ensure accurate billing procedures
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports for management
  • Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns proactively

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a professional manner
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international guests
  • Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, guest relations, and night audit procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with bilingual proficiency preferred for enhanced guest engagement
  • Prior experience in handling guest complaints or resolving issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction
