• We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Attendant/Food Prep to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a dynamic setting. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Permanent and long-term employment available.
• Monday to Friday: 10am-4pm, and Sunday.

• - Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
• - Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining a tidy work area
• - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or restaurant environment preferred but not required.

Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.

Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

Good time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
