About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full time or part time Front Server (AM Shifts). In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering warm, polished, guest-focused service, creating a welcoming and memorable fine-dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Managing assigned tables and sections efficiently, ensuring proper timing, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen.
• Maintaining exceptional table presentation by setting, resetting, and clearing tables to Langdon Hall standards.
• Collaborating closely with Back Servers, Captains, Supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Upholding cleanliness, safety, and service standards while contributing positively to a respectful, team-oriented workplace.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–2 years of serving experience, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Communicates with confidence, warmth, and professionalism when engaging with guests and teammates
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, organized, and attentive to detail
• Demonstrates solid food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge is considered an asset
• Brings strong multitasking skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Holds a valid Smart Serve certification
• Is available to work weekends and holidays

Pay & Schedule

• 
  Wage: $17.60 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-time, AM shifts. Start times may vary between 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m., with shifts ending between 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Start Date: As soon as possible
