Job Title: Front of House / Café Staff

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House/Café Staff member to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Guide customers through menu items and make suggestions as needed.
• Take food and drink orders accurately (POS experience is a plus).
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Operations & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and self-service stations.
• Restock cups, utensils, condiments, and other supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with baristas, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Communicate clearly about orders, inventory needs, and customer issues.
• Support team members during busy periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
