We are seeking a dynamic Front Store Retail Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for someone who can work during the week and weekends as needed. Must be able to deal with long lines and be able to move fast in a busy environment. Must also be able to think quick on your feet and have a great personality. Must be a people person. If you have your notary that is a plus.
Key Responsibilities (Store Associate)
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
- Assist customers with document services
- Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment
- Ring sales in a computerized register
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
- The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50+ pounds
- Has to be available for Saturday and Sunday

Key Requirements:
- Have a helpful, friendly, outgoing attitude
- Our ideal candidate should have good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and Typing Skills required
- Detail oriented a must
- Organizational skills needed
- Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- HAVE to work on rotating weekends.
- Bonus being bilingual( But not required)
