As a Frontier Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with prospective customers, closing sales, and providing ongoing support to existing clients. You will receive training in advanced sales techniques, customer service best practices, and client relationship management, as well as personalized mentorship from senior account managers to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities: Frontier Team Member
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, making a positive first impression and addressing all inquiries regarding available products and services.
- Establish lasting relationships with potential customers by responding to their questions and concerns accurately, both during and after the sales process.
- Recommend products, services, and plans that meet or exceed customer expectations while staying within their budgetary constraints.
- Assist customers in placing orders, scheduling installations, and activating services professionally and courteously.
- Act as a liaison between customers, the company, and client technicians to ensure seamless installations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and regulatory procedures established by the client, ensuring that all transactions meet legal standards alongside other Entry Level Sales Representatives.
Qualifications: Frontier Team Member
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a strong desire for professional growth.
- A positive attitude with the ability to view challenges as opportunities for personal and professional development.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week
