Web Sales & Fulfilment Job Description

• Order Processing - Picking, packing & dispatching web orders as supplied by the web ordering system, in a timely manner.
• Administration - Processing daily sales & returns, and manage end of day procedures accurately while ensuring that company till procedures are adhered to. Online payment transfers. Liaising with suppliers for the supply of direct order items.
• Customer Service - Serving customers over the phone or by email & maintaining the highest standards of customer care at all times. Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.
• Warehouse Assistant Duties-
• Receive stock onto live epos system
• Print and apply price tickets to stock.
• Update bin locations for new stock arrivals.
• Maintain records of all goods received and dispatched.
• Identify and follow up any stock discrepancies and liaising with Accounts.
• Report any damage to the consignments where necessary.
• Report any packaging issues and rectify where possible
• Other ad hoc duties

Key requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Energetic & enthusiastic
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with gift wrapping, fabric cutting or stock room preferable
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Pay: €26,000.00-€28,000.00 per week
