Job Summary

Non-Slip Shop LTD are seeking applicants for our Fulfilment Coordinator Vacancy. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm, at our warehouse in Halesfield 5, Telford.

The successful canadidate will be responsible for organising the delivery of orders to our clients nationwide.

Here at Non-Slip Shop (www.nonslipshop.co.uk), we are a small family business who manufacture and supply anti-slip grp flooring and building materials. We fulfil large orders via our own delivery fleet on regional weekly delivery runs, as well as using national couriers - such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, TNT & DX for smaller items.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible of overseeing and coordinating the delivery processes of the companies order fulfilment processes to ensure correct and on-time deliveries of materials to our customers, in a practical and cost-effective manner. The role consists of:

• Assisting to coordinate the internal delivery transport fleet - assigning orders onto national delivery runs ensuring they are prepared and loaded correctly.
• Accurately booking consignments and overseeing the process for items which are to be dispatched on third-party national couriers (such as ParcelForce and DX). Ensuring the consignments are generated on the most suitable, cost-effective delivery method within budget and without delay.
• Building positive relationships with colleagues and clients - providing accurate order updates to our customers, handling fulfillment queries and complaints, whilst liaising with colleagues to ensure orders are made, prepared and loaded on-time for dispatch.
• Keeping accurate records of all delivery activities, including order statuses, delivery notes and dispatch records.
• Ensuring all consignments are checked prior to dispatch - adhering to a stringent quality assurance standard.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external clients.
• Strong geographical knowledge, with experience in order shipment is crucial.
• Proven experience in a transport / fulfillment management role is preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery consignment booking systems is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,576.00-£25,528.00 per year
