Additional Information:

This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/ fortnight
The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

This role requires availability to work Overnight Monday to Sunday 10pm to 11am
A forklift licence is not mandatory, but will be viewed favorably

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available.
Keeping safety in mind when lifting and moving large items.
Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.

Who you are

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:

An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail.
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently.
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
