Additional Information:

These roles are permanent part-time, 40hrs-60hrs/fortnight.
Applications close Friday 7 November 2025
These roles require all day availability on Mondays and Fridays.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts rostered between the hours of 6am and 10pm
You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Handing over Click & Collect and home delivery orders, and proactively solving any order issues.
Proactively supporting stock accuracy and minimising discrepancies, acting quickly to correct deviations.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Safely using and maintaining machinery, equipment, PPE, and correct manual handling techniques to complete operational tasks.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as replenishment, inventory counts, and other tasks.

Who you are

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have:

A passion for fulfilment operations, & stock accuracy, with a strong eye for detail.
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional, & customer-centric approach.
A priority for safety, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including regular lifting, use of manual handling equipment, and being on your feet for long periods.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
