Who you are
To succeed in this role, it’s important that you:
- Have at least 1–2 years of leadership experience
- Can communicate fluently in Danish and/or English, both written and spoken
- Have experience building structure in a busy and ever-changing environment
- Are skilled at spotting opportunities and finding solutions to various challenges
It’s an advantage if you have experience in retail or logistics. A forklift license and experience with forklift driving are also beneficial, but not required.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring we meet our core operational tasks every day
- Contributing to a strong commercial performance in our Self-Serve warehouse
- Making sure your department is always up to date with IKEA’s current safety regulations
- Focus on key performance indicators such as damaged goods and number of handlings
- Focus on employee well-being, sick leave, and staff turnover

- Working hours are scheduled between 06:00–16:00, Monday to Sunday, with weekend shifts every third weekend
- You will be part of a duty roster that includes both staffing and responsibility hours, and you will also plan your own working hours according to the needs of the business
- Salary based on qualifications and in accordance with IKEA’s salary policy
