What You Will Do

• Identify and recommend opportunities for software services that support digital transformation, contributing to the overall strategy for customer engagements

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions using technologies such as JavaScript, NodeJS, Streamlit, Django, and Python, ensuring seamless user experiences

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI PoC projects, implementing AI models into software systems with a focus on performance and reliability

• Assess customer needs and their tech stack maturity to deliver tailored solutions that best meet their requirements

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate software pipelines, frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve the efficiency and scalability of solutions

• Contribute to data feasibility studies and PoC projects, demonstrating the business value and viability of Data and AI solutions

• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and data scientists to develop comprehensive Data and AI solutions that align with customer needs

• Independently handle full-stack development tasks, integrating data models into the software system with minimal supervision

• Stay updated on the latest technological trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and deliver high-quality results

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to refine and enhance AI offerings for customer-facing discussions

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience, with some exposure to AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships

• Have experience in cloud services of GCP / Azure /AWS

• Have experience with databases on prem and on cloud like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and more, Knowledge of Vector databases

• In-depth understanding of full stack components and the ability to choose the right components for each problem solving

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with data feasibility studies and demonstrating the value and viability of Data and AI solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
