Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with proven expertise in building production-grade applications from scratch. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop, and deploy quickly features on mobile applications for user tests.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from planning to execution.
• Design and implement highly responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend systems using Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Architect, design, and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability.
• Integrate, and manage third-party APIs and develop RESTful services to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Optimize front-end and back-end application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications, identifying and implementing long-term solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and design patterns.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

About You:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.​
• Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Java or Python.
• Strong database management experience, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and knowledge of agile development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on startup or fintech environment is a plus.
• A keen interest in leadership and technical strategy, with the potential to grow into a Technical Lead role.
