About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer Intern who is eager to build real-world web development experience. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of JavaScript, frontend and backend development concepts, databases, and modern web technologies. This internship offers hands-on exposure to live projects, mentorship from experienced developers, and an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and maintaining full stack web applications.

● Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.

● Support backend development and API integration.

● Work with databases for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

● Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

● Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding practices.

● Learn and contribute to live client and internal projects.

● Collaborate with designers and senior developers to build scalable applications.

Technical RequirementsFrontend Development

● Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

● Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js and Next.js.

● Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.

● Basic understanding of responsive web design principles.

● Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is preferred.

Backend Development

● Basic understanding of backend development concepts.

● Familiarity with server-side programming concepts and REST APIs.

● Understanding of authentication and authorization basics.

Database

● Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred).

● Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus).

● Understanding of CRUD operations and database relationships.

API & Integration

● Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.

● Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman is a plus.

● Exposure to third-party API integration is preferred.

Version Control & Tools

● Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

● Basic understanding of deployment concepts.

● Exposure to cloud platforms or hosting environments is a plus.

Soft Skills

● Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

● Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively.

Good to Have

● Experience with React.js or Next.js personal/academic projects.

● Basic understanding of backend frameworks or APIs.

● Exposure to deployment tools or cloud platforms.

● Personal projects or internship experience in web development.
