Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account & Administration Officer to manage our financial and administrative operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Finance:
  • Manage full set accounting functions, including salary preparation.
  • Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and process payroll.
  • Prepare monthly account reports.
  • Able to manage accounts of main company and 3 separate subsidiaries with another accounts executive
  • Administration & Operations:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the functional team.
  • Maintain a proper filing system and organize and schedule meetings.
  • Manage administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate grant applications and submissions.
  • Support daily operational tasks.
  • Handle customer and administrative coordination.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders on business and administrative matters.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the documentation and submission of reports to management.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three years of related working experience in accounting.
  • Experience with full set accounting is essential.
  • Possess good initiative, outgoing, and a great team player.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and general management skills.
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good to have some accounting experience with Xero, Zealys Payroll
  • Food and Beverage experience an added bonus

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month depending on experience

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Work Location: Kaki Bukit
