Overview
We are seeking a pleasant kind and enthusiastic dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced technology and techniques to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Duties

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide preventive, restorative, endodontic., surgical and emergency dental services.
  • Must be able to perform extractions as well as all root canal therapy
  • Nitrous certification is a must.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and oral health education.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD systems is a plus for designing dental appliances.
  • Proficiency in Curve or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is beneficial.
  • Knowledge Trios 5 scanner is also a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,216.26-$310,061.50 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
