The Successful candidate will play an important role within our Butchery Department of our Gerry's team.
The right candidate must be able to work flexible hours (30-40 hours per week) with some weekend work.
The right candidate must:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide advice on cuts, preparation and cooking of meats
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety and food quality in line with HACCP
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be enthusiastic, trustworthy and honest
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
