The Successful candidate will play an important role within our Butchery Department of our Gerry's team.

The right candidate must be able to work flexible hours (30-40 hours per week) with some weekend work.

The right candidate must:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide advice on cuts, preparation and cooking of meats
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety and food quality in line with HACCP
• Have the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be enthusiastic, trustworthy and honest
