The Role

Our stores in Leinster are looking for a full time Curtain & Blind Fitter for our Made to Measure department. Fitting custom Made 2 Measure products into customer homes with a consistent high level of service, whilst maintaining high levels of Health & Safety and ensuring the fitting service is right first time. Having self-led motivation to utilise diary and meet customer demand, whilst maintaining great customer service and time management. You will be provided with your own van, full tool suite and fuel card.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Consistently fit all M2M products to customers’ specification and satisfaction
• Ensure that vehicle and equipment cleanliness are maintained to a high standard.
• Respect customer property and ensure all care is taken to leave the property clean and damage free.
• Maintain an understanding of the range of products and how to fit them
• Use a range of fitting equipment safely and efficiently
• Own and resolve issues arising out of unsuccessful fits
• Manage own diary giving due consideration to customer requirements, maximise fit and travel time
• Maintain the M2M bay area to ensure customers are checked, consolidated and prepared for fitting
• Regularly communicate with the M2M team to ensure that everyone is aware of key issues relating to customer fittings
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for self, customers and colleagues that complies with company standards and legislative requirements.
• Support and assist the induction and training of new colleagues.
• Support consultant(s) to ensure that correct customer order measurements are specified
• Other ad hoc duties

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Full Irish Driving Licence required
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
