Active Dog LLC, a leading provider of dog hiking, walking, and boarding services, is seeking one dedicated and passionate Full-Time Dog Hiker to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, rewarding environment with dogs and nature.

About the Role:
As a Dog Hiker, you'll be responsible for picking up a set number of dogs each day and hiking them off-leash in a large, fenced-in area at our private land in Pawling, NY. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a love for animals. You'll work Monday through Friday, with some weekend and holiday availability required.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, typically 8 AM – 3 PM or 9 AM - 4 PM
• Some weekends and holidays
• A company van will be provided for work purposes

Responsibilities:

• Drive dogs to and from hikes using a company vehicle
• Ensure dogs are safe and well-behaved during hikes
• Provide care and attention to dogs during their hikes
• Be flexible and adapt to different schedules as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Looking for long-term growth with the company
• Full-time availability, including some weekends and holidays
• Resides near Westport , CT
• Has a clean driving record and valid driver’s license (we do verify driving history)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
