$18-$22+ per/hour

As our reputation and enrollment continues to grow, so too is our team! We're searching for an additional nurturing, reliable, and motivated full-time care teacher/assistant teacher to support in classrooms and throughout the center.

Only candidates who have attained Level 1+ certification in the Colorado Shines PDIS 3.0 platform, and who are seeking full-time employment need apply. In our community and environment, the safety, health, and well-being of everyone is a primary focus. Our early education and care approach is definitely more geared towards child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and socio-emotional practices, that honor and encompass a myriad of unique attributes, abilities, and temperaments. We're looking for an enthusiastic dedicated professional who embraces engaging with the kiddos, and providing a positive influence in their young lives, and enhancing our community culture.

Qualifications:

• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
• A minimum Level 1 Colorado Shines ECT certification and 1-2years experience in a childcare setting preferred
• EQIT or Pyramid Plus certification an advantage
• Eager to pursue further education classes/trainings in the early childhood field
• A solid work ethic and the ambition to advance within the center, and this field is highly desirable

ScuttleBugs Boulder is a high caliber child development center, educating and caring for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. In a nutshell, our motto speaks volumes about who we are and what we do: “Providing for your children, what we expect for ours!”.

We've made vast improvements from the inside out since we purchased the center late 2022, and continue to thrive in “The ScuttleBugs Way”. We're a premium full-service program that provides children with all the daily necessities including 5 x nutritious snacks and meals or infant purees, infant formula/milk/filtered water, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, and nap time linens etc. Our flagship center in Silicon Valley, CA has been running successfully for 15yrs (through the pandemic and more recent questionable industry climates), and this Boulder location for 3+yrs.
