Culinary Team Member
Martha's Catering is seeking a highly skilled, hardworking and creative kitchen team member to join our fast paced and ever growing company.
In this position you will be expected to:

• Prepare food items according to specified event menu, recipes, and total guest count and follow a strict event timeline.
• Communicate and coordinate with Event Staff to ensure knowledge of menu, proper loading and delivery of all food items to event location, and facilitate the proper finishing of menu items at the event.

We are looking for someone with culinary skills and kitchen experience. The ideal candidate would have at least two years in a kitchen, and know the general ins and outs of a catering outfit.

What is necessary is:

• Working weekends
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements pertaining to food preparation
• The ability to work within a team environment and always project a positive attitude; to embrace and enforce Martha's Catering guidelines and procedures. Able to make quick, intelligent decisions.
