We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to become part of our energetic and friendly team. While prior experience in a fast-paced bar setting is a plus, what truly matters is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly approach.
- Stay informed about all food and beverage offerings.
- Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.
- Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Consistently provide top-tier customer service.
- Manage bar reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and manage bookings with clear, professional communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to learn and grow product knowledge.
- Neat appearance and adherence to dress code standards.
