Description:
The San Telmo Group began in 2011 with the opening of San Telmo and has since grown into a group of five venues across Melbourne: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata. Each restaurant has its own identity, but all are united by a passion for great hospitality, quality produce and cooking over fire.

Pastuso, Australia's preeminent Peruvian-inspired restaurant, is looking for an experienced, Full-Time Food & Beverage Salesperson who loves hospo and is keen to be part of one of Melbourne's most iconic restaurant Groups!

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing attentive, efficient bar service for guests, and table service when required - this is a utility role between the Floor and the Bar
• Confidently selling food and beverage, sharing product knowledge and guiding guests through the menu
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally
• Maintaining high service standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring to the table:

• Availability to work Full Time (38-40 hours per week). Fri, Sat & Sun are a must!
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in bartending role within a premium, high-volume restaurant or cocktail venue and a minimum of 6-months experience in a section waiter position, at a premium restaurant.
• A visa status which enables you to work full-time hours, with no restrictions
• A team-first mindset and a positive attitude
