Goldline Taverns Ltd - The Rustic Inn, a busy family run bar, restaurant and event venue based in the picturesque village of Abbeyshrule, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure efficient day to day running of the business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent customer service
- Continued staff training & development along with rosters with responsibility for costs
- Continued business development while up keeping business ethos and community based beliefs
- Hands on role with responsibility for set up of rooms for various functions and events as well as breakdown after for following morning when required
- Maintaining beverage and front of house stock levels
- Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
- Meet with customers to arrange various function etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.00-€17.00 per hour
