We’re looking for an experienced and dependable full-time cleaner who takes pride in their craft and knows how to make every space spotless. You’ll join a growing, organized company that values excellence, consistency, and care for both clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residential and commercial spaces: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas.
• Handle deep cleans, recurring standard cleans, and move-in/move-out services.
• Follow Cole Cleans’ cleaning checklists and brand-quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and the operations team.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report any issues or low inventory.
• Adhere to all safety and product-use guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred).
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical activity throughout the day.

Compensation & Growth
