About DreamCourts
Established in 2016 and proud to be the official court partner of the NBL, DreamCourts is Australia’s leading supplier and installer of residential and commercial sports courts. We transform backyards, schools, and community spaces by building high-performance basketball courts, multi-purpose courts, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, along with installing our signature DreamHoops, custom netting, lighting, and court accessories.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, positive, and hands-on Lead Installer to join our developed New South Wales team.
Most of our work is in and around the Greater Sydney region, with occasional regional and interstate work expected (all relevant travel allowances paid). Starting at 7:00 AM each morning and finishing around 3:00 PM from site, you will lead and work alongside an experienced crew delivering awesome courts every day.
We have an immediate start available, and employer sponsorship is on offer for the right candidate with the relevant qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Court Equipment: Installing DreamHoops, perimeter netting, lighting, and other court accessories in residential and commerical settings.
- Court Surfacing: Installing modular court tiles, playing surfaces, and applying acrylic court surfaces.
- Warehouse & Logistics: Assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations at our Northmead depot, including loading/unloading vehicles for installs, receiving shipments, and container unloading.
- Procurement & Deliveries: Picking up materials (such as steel supplies) and completing local deliveries to clients for DIY court installs when required.
About You
- Tool Proficiency (Essential): Experienced and confident with trade hand and power tools.
- Set-Out & Problem-Solving (Essential): Basic knowledge of site set-out, measurements, and practical on-site problem-solving.
- Work Ethic & Attitude: An honest, reliable, energetic team player with a solid work ethic who can work both autonomously and as part of a larger crew.
- Physically Capable: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing on your feet for long periods, and capable of bending, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads.
- Tickets & Clearances: Current White Card, valid Driver’s Licence, and a Working With Children Check (WWCC)—or able to obtain prior to starting.
What’s On Offer
- Competitive Remuneration: Salary + Superannuation.
- Great Hours: 7:00 AM starts with an approximate 3:00 PM finish from site.
- Travel Perks: Relevant allowances paid for any regional or interstate travel.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate with the required qualifications.
- Great Team Culture: Work with an established, supportive crew building amazing courts across NSW.
