Description:
San Telmo is a gem of Melbourne's restaurant scene, and undoubtedly one of Australia's finest Argentinian restaurants. Sitting adjacent to Parliament Station, our prime location means that the CBD is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town!

In the Kitchen Hand role, your day-to-day will involve:
Assisting chefs with food preparation.

Washing dishes, utensils, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.

Disposing of rubbish and keeping food storage areas organised.

Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills and Experiences:

The ideal candidate will have:
Full-time, flexible availability: including evenings & weekends

Unrestricted working rights in Australia - Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of basic food preparation and kitchen operations.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, follow kitchen procedures, and support the team efficiently.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a passion for supporting smooth kitchen service behind the scenes.
