Both parents work demanding roles in finance and leave for the office early each morning around 6:00 a.m. Their nanny’s day will begin when the baby wakes, typically around 7:00 a.m., and continue until 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.

The family describes their household as structured yet warm, with evenings centered on reconnecting after long workdays. They value a calm, steady presence for their newborn and are committed to creating a supportive home environment for their caregiver. The nanny will be provided with a private suite including a bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. The family also has one cat, so comfort with pets is required.

Typical Day

The nanny’s primary focus will be on the newborn’s care and well-being, ensuring that the baby is nurtured, safe, and supported in reaching developmental milestones. Flexibility to assume future driving responsibilities (vehicle provided by family)

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Preferred Schedule, Pay & Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. – 5:00/6:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

Payroll: Paid legally through payroll

Benefits: Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays; mileage/metro reimbursement; private live-in suite with bedroom, bathroom, and living room area; family-provided vehicle once driving is required.

Compensation:$30 - $35
