Location: Crumbl Cottonwood
Pay: Up to $12.75/hr PLUS $1 to $3+ per hour in tips!
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18+

Baker Job Requirements:

• Must be 18+ to run our industrial mixers and ovens.
• Willingness to work weekdays and at least two weekends a month.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Baker Responsibilities:

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes to create delicious cookies.
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment.
• Decorate and display the finished product to perfection.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure quality and food safety.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, and provide world-class customer service.
• Keep records related to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Clean and restock your workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
