Dream Nannies & Caregivers is recruiting an experienced and nurturing Full-Time Nanny for a wonderful family with 3 young children in Richmond, BC.

Job Description:
A warm and loving family is seeking a nurturing, creative, and patient full-time nanny to care for their three children: a 7-year-old (Grade 1), a 4-year-old (preschool), and a 17-month-old . This is a long-term position for someone who would like to grow with the family and become a valued member of their household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for the children
• Support learning through creative play, storytelling, and exploration
• Manage routines, meals/snacks (pork-free), and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties including:
• Family laundry and ironing
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher
• Tidying children’s areas, toys, and activity spaces
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, with verifiable Canadian references.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (must currently reside in Greater Vancouver)

Additional Details:

• Live-out preferred, but live-in may be considered
• 10 paid vacation days per year, plus ad hoc paid time off when the family travels
• Occasional travel with the family is welcome (but not required)

Schedule: 40–45 hours/week (8–9 hours/day)
Wage: $22–$24/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
