Full-Time Patient Registration & Scheduling Coordinator

Affiliated Clinical Services is looking for a Full-Time Patient Registration & Scheduling Coordinator who will be the ambassador of our company and first impression on our clients. You will be professionally answering phone calls, determining purpose of calls, scheduling appointments, working with patient accounts and assisting clients with the highest level of confidentiality. Office & computer experience required. Hours are Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am am-6:30 pm and Fridays 8:30 am-5:00 pm, in our West Bend office. These are set hours, in addition we are looking for this person to be flexible to flex hours as needed to work a later shift of 11:30 am-8:00 pm if our night shift coordinator needs off or is out ill on Monday-Thursday.

Job Duties:

• Answer multi-line phone system
• Screen calls and transfer to voicemail system to the appropriate person
• Schedule appointments in a computerized EHR for 30 providers
• Work Check-in/Check-out desk
• Collect copayments and deductibles from clients, write out receipts and give change
• Schedule follow up appointments for clients checking out
• Scanning of records
• Reminder calls
• Confirm drug rep lunches
• Run daily appointments report & verify updates, run virtual payments, payment made/owed
• Help mail out statements once a month
• Put together marketing brochures as needed
• Type up letters as needed
• Help with collection calls as needed
• Other duties/projects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
