Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate individual to provide outstanding service that cultivates joyful healing experiences for our patients, practitioners, and community. In this role, you will be the welcoming face that helps bridge our evidence-based and traditional therapy approaches into a cohesive system of holistic care.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service to create a joyful, satisfying experience that promotes patient healing and retention
• Foster a welcoming, clean, and comfortable atmosphere that puts patients at ease
• Open/close the clinic according to procedures to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly set up and maintained to provide a healing environment
• Collaborate closely with health care professionals across disciplines to schedule appointments and support each patient's individualized journey
• Understand practitioner field of expertise, techniques, specialities and collaboration opportunities.
• Support the empowerment of our connected wellness community through comprehensive administrative tasks

Training will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and care for the patient experience
• Previous experience in a clinic or wellness setting (preferred)
• Experience with Jane application software and direct billing to third party (preferred)
• Passion for holistic health and helping cultivate joyful healing
