A-B Fitness is a results-driven gym operating a 6:1 semi-group personal training model across two facilities. We keep sessions small and coaching personal — maximum six clients per coach, every session. Our members come for the structure, stay for the results, and thrive because of the relationships they build with their coaches. We're growing, and we're looking for a coach who wants to be part of something built to last.

The Role

This is a full-time coaching position at the core of what we do. You'll deliver high-quality strength training sessions, manage a cohort of long-term clients, and play an active role in growing the A-B Fitness brand. This is not a passive role — we want someone who takes ownership of their clients' results and shows up every day with energy and intention.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering 6:1 semi-group personal training sessions across both facilities
• Managing a cohort of 25–35 long-term members, conducting monthly progress check-ins covering strength training and nutrition
• Supporting clients through our 6-Week Challenge with weekly accountability check-ins
• Onboarding new members and guiding them through their first weeks on the programme
• Contributing weekly content to our Instagram — reels, carousels, and stories — as part of our brand growth
• Attending a weekly 1:1 with the director and a monthly full staff meeting
• Maintaining facility standards across both sites

What We're Looking For

• A recognised fitness qualification (Level 3 Personal Training minimum)
• Genuine passion for strength training and client results
• Strong communication skills — with clients and as part of a team
• Comfortable on camera and willing to contribute to social media content
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
• Experience in a coaching or personal training environment preferred
