Full Time Pharmacy Technician
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Technician who shares our commitment to exceptional customer service and thrives in an extremely busy working environment.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a highly skilled team and supporting the Pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions while also offering expert advice and professional care to our customers.
Job Type: Full time. Permanent.
Skills required:
- Successfully completed the Pharmacy Technician Course and minimum of 2 years experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in Ireland.
- Must have pharmacy dispensing experience and be familiar with the dispensing process, stock management, an understanding of the PCRS requirements and use of McLernons dispensary system.
- Strong knowledge of OTC products and be confident in dealing with customers common ailments.
- Must be personable, punctual and well presented.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Be organised and motivated.
- Be able to work in a busy environment – confidently complete day to day duties in the pharmacy, be able to multi-task and experience in blister packing would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as a team player to fit into an already strong pharmacy team.
Certification:
- Pharmacy Technician Qualification (required)

· No Late Nights, Sundays or Bank holiday Mondays (Pharmacy open Mon – Sat 9am – 6pm)

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
