The Glenview Hotel which is situated in Co. Wicklow only 20 minutes from Dublin city centre, on a magnificent panoramic site overlooking the Garden of Ireland are now recruiting for a Receptionist to joint our friendly and dedicated front office team.
If you are an ambitious, career minded individual who share's our passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service then we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
- 1 year's experience in a similar role
- IT literate
- Microsoft Office experience
- Opera experience a preferable but training will be given
- Friendly, positive, approachable character
- Organised and attention to detail
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
- Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Checking guests in and out
